Lakeside Software, Inc.'s Support department has put together a number of training courses for customers to provide indepth coverage of SysTrack and it's many features.

SysTrack Administration 201 (Basic)

This course focuses on the creation of appropriate Alarm Profiles for your organization and the utilization of SysTrack Notifications and Actions in response to these alarms.

SysTrack Administration 301 (Full)

This training must be taken at the LSI corporate office. This course covers complete SysTrack training from the deployment process to analyzing systems and data using hands-on classroom experience. Class sizes are limited!

Duration = 1 day
Location = Lakeside Software, Inc. headquarters, Bloomfield Hills, MI

Course Delivery

These courses will be delivered via the Web using Microsoft Office Live Meeting from an already established SysTrack installation and/or hands on experience in a training environment located at our corporate headquarters.

The focus of these courses will cover in depth use of SysTrack, basic to advanced administration, basic troubleshooting, alarm profiling, and provides an interactive learning experience to further enhance the use and overall productivity that you can achieve in your organization.
