 Installation (SysTrack 101)
SysTrack 101 will describe the various software where it pertains to the methods needed to carry out successful installation and initial setup of all of the software that Lakeside Software provides. This course is available to all users of the software. This course can be taken at the viewers discretion and only requires provision of a user ID and password to access the secure area of the Lakeside Software website.

Virtual Machine Planner Training (VMP 201)
This course focuses on the Virtual Machine Planner from setup of child systems within SysTrack to the running of final output reports. The course consists of setup with the SysTrack Deployment Tool, role configuration, and licensing requirements. The VMP tool will then be discussed in detail from system selection, to model properties, to final report creation. This course can be taken at the viewers discretion and only requires provision of a user ID and password to access the secure area of the Lakeside Software website.

SysTrack VAR/SE Technical Training (SysTrack 301V)
SysTrack 301 training is for distributors and value-added resellers only. Lakeside Software will provide a six part online technical video training session to authorized VAR’s. The intended audience of this course material should be technical professionals with expert knowledge of network infrastructure, network security, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, all windows operating systems and general computer diagnostics/troubleshooting. The focus of this course will be on installation, operation and troubleshooting using the SysTrack Suite of tools. This course can be taken at the viewers discretion and only requires provision of a user ID and password to access the secure area of the Lakeside Software website.

SysTrack Sales Training
SysTrack sales training is for distributors and value-added resellers only. Lakeside Software will provide a one hour sales training session to authorized VAR’s to articulate the SysTrack product line and sales process. Sales staff will become proficient in the applicable markets in which SysTrack provides value, how to recognize opportunities, and gain a general understanding of each of the products included in the SysTrack Platinum Suite. This course is offered once a week.

SysTrack VAR Technical Training (SysTrack 301I)
SysTrack 301 training is for distributors and value-added resellers only. Lakeside Software will provide a three hour online technical training session to authorized VAR’s. The intended audience of this course material should be technical professionals with expert knowledge of network infrastructure, network security, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, all windows operating systems and general computer diagnostics/troubleshooting. Note: Completion of SysTrack 201/301 training is required. Knowledge of SysTrack installation and deployment is assumed.

Course Delivery
The Interactive courses will be delivered via the internet using Microsoft Office Live Meeting from an already established SysTrack installation and/or hands on experience in a training environment located at our corporate headquarters. These courses will be available once a month with the exception of SysTrack Sales Training which is available once a week. Meeting connection information will be provided at the time of sign up.
The Video courses will be delivered on demand via streaming on the internet using Microsoft's Windows Media Video/Audio Format (.wmv) from an already established SysTrack installation and/or hands on experience in a training environment located at our corporate headquarters. These courses will be available on demand with the proper site access credentials that will be provided at the time sign up.
The focus of these courses will cover in depth use of SysTrack, basic to advanced administration, basic troubleshooting, alarm profiling, and provides an interactive learning experience to further enhance the use and overall productivity that you can achieve in your organization.
