The following is the list of software produced by Lakeside Software, Inc. and the current timeline of support as of this printing.

Lakeside Software, Inc. reserves the right to continue support on a per customer basis at its sole discretion. Lakeside Software, Inc. does not guarantee support of a product and/or version once the official expiration date has been reached. Customers who have purchased maintenance agreements for a product will be notified of any impending support discontinuations in a timely manner.

Software developments over time necessitate the discontinuation of support for older products as clients make the transition to newer versions, support personnel are re-trained, and the demand for support on new versions increases. Lakeside Software, Inc. has adopted a policy to continue support for older versions for up to six months following the release of major and/or minor upgrade version, depending on the degree of feature additions and/or improvements. Once again, the company reserves the right to establish continuing software support on a per customer basis solely at the discretion of Lakeside Software, Inc.

Lakeside Software, Inc. cannot be held responsible for product support for those products released under software agreements with other corporations or software developers. Although Lakeside Software, Inc. retains exclusive rights to the primary code and derivative code found within joint-release products, it is the responsibility of the providers and/or vendors to whom rights were leased by Lakeside Software, Inc. to provide the support protocols pertaining to the software in question.
