Please use the following form to notify Lakeside Software Support of a potential bug. Support will review the report and respond to you as soon as possible.
If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our Suggestion Form instead.

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by our support department, you will be contacted by a technical support representative for more information or with a solution to the problem submitted.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.
